Weave Dots
This is called Weave Dots. It's a pretty awesome technique and it gives you a totally cool background effect. So when done, your background will look like this:
Step 1: Open up PSP and open a 100 x 100 picture. And make some cool background effect. This is what ours looks like:
Step 2: Go to Effects >> Texture Effects >> Weave and match your settings to mine:
Step 3: Press Ctrl+C, then Ctrl+Z, and last press Ctrl+L.
Step 4: Go to Layer >> Properties and change the Opacity to about somewhere between 30 - 60. Voila! You're done! ^^
