Colorizing
Here is a simple guide on how to colorize things on PSP8! You know how pictures are a different color they weren't before? This is how you do it!
Step 3: Adjust the Hue & Saturation until you get the color you want.
Step 1: : Right click on the image that you wish to colorize on the web. Open up PSP8 and right click the middle of the screen and press Ctrl+V.
