Add Borders to Images
Put nifty borders around your images! And you get a border effect like this:
Step 1: Open up PSP and next open up a 300 x 300 mage.
Step 2: Go to Layer >> New Raster Layer. Press okay.
Step 3: Take an image say like this one:
Step 4: Use the magic wand tool and select all the space around the image. Once done that press Shift + Ctr + I. You have inverted the selection.
Step 5: Go to Selections >> Modify >> Expand. Expand the selection by 3. Then fill in that selection with the paint bucket with any color you wish. For this Image I am choosing the light green in Jhudora's hair.
Step 6: Repeat step five except fill in the new selection with a different color. I'm choosing purple.
Step 7: Well, there's no more left, you're done basically! Good job! ^^
Right click the center of the image and press 'Paste as new Selection'.
