Here's how ya blend in PSP7!
1.) Start with two images that you would like to blend together.
2.) Choose where you would like to blend the second image...
3.) Select the freehand tool. 
4.) Trace around the piece of the image you want so it is all selected.
5.) Go to Selections>Modify>Feather.
6.) Select 15 as the number of pixels and press OK.
7.) The image should now look like this:
8.) Press Ctrl+C, then go to the other image and press Ctrl+E.
9.) Move the image around until you put it where you would like.
10.) And you should be done! The finished product should look like this:
Optional: You can also edit the picture and add other effects that you want.
