Tarla's shop of mystery is located on the top of Terror Mountain in a small lodge. Tarla is a very generous person and loves selling. However she likes to put a little twist on things. She doesn't have an ice cream shop or a ice weapons shop that you'd expect to find atop of Terror Mountain. Wait... what is and Ixi doing upon Terror Mountain anyway? Shouldn't she be in meridell? Welcome to my shop upon the top of Terror Mountain! Oh, dearie you look cold have a sweater while you wait for the, ah, you'll see. ;D
Tarla stocks her shop in mystery bags where you don't know what item is in the bag. They price anywhere from 200 - 10,000 neopoints. It's completely random. You could get a very expensive item from bags costing 300 neopoints or very cheap items from the most expensive bag costin 10,000 neopoints. Of course Tarla will apologize after if you are unlucky... 
After you open the bag you will have to wait a few minutes to purchase again because Tarla wants to give everyone a chance.
Tarla tends to give out items to people at certain times of the day. These aren't just cheap items, these are rare items. One one occasion, Tarla even gave away an icy snowflake! In order to get the sidebar you have to download it.
The toolbar is now available to all neopians and the most useful button, or the reason that most people get the toolbar is for that nifty snowflake looking alert button. When Tarla is giving things away it will flash gold, and when you click on it you can get something! Click it ASAP in order to get something.
