Go to the bottom of the plot comic page (click the image above) and scroll to the bottom of the page. See where it says "Psst."? Click it and you get this page.

"Perhaps you can help me," she says, staring at you intently. "I've discovered this Mysterious Tablet during my travels. Unfortunately, there are quite a few pieces missing. Can you find them and bring them to me? Once the pieces are recovered, the inscription can be translated. I'm sure you of all people will want to know what it says." Her gaze is even more intense than it was when she began talking, if that's possible.

Click the link to the Mysterious Tablet. You will see a tablet with most of the pieces missing. Here are the names of the twelve scrolls:

Ahn | Ra | Lat | Tep

Saf | Kha | Kar | Fer

Set | Djo | Nem | Ben

The next step is to retrieve parchments and pieces of your tablet. MAKE SURE TO VISIT THE FORTUNE TELLER BEFORE DOING THIS. Here are some important links for this part of the plot:

2. Do what you need to do to get the parchment. (for example, if you need your first parchment, play Pyramids)
3. Only look at the symbols in the column with the same amount of dots as your parchment number on the top. (for example, if it is your fifth parchment, you'd look at the symbols under the column with five dots)
5. Find the specified door in your Temple of 1000 Tombs and recieve a Dirty Stone Fragment. (for example, you may be looking for a blue round door with a fish symbol above it)
6. Go to the Toy Repair Shop and have Donny fix your Dirty Stone Fragment.
7. If Donny destroyed your piece, click the back button on your browser until you get to the page where you got your fragment, and you'll receive another one. Try having Donny fix it again.
8. Go to your tablet and add the piece. Then you can look for your next parchment!

Repeat these steps for the other parchments. An example of a parchment is below.

How To Obtain: Complete your Mysterious Tablet (all 12 missing pieces filled in), then search the Lost Desert Plot Comic throughout Chapters 1, 2, and 3 for the 12 symbols (4 in each comic). Click once on each (they will glow yellow when you hover your mouse over them) in the order they appear on your tablet. After you click the last symbol, a window pops up, your tablet has been translated, and you recieve the avatar!

Nowthat you've examined the symbols, the meaning of the tablet slowlybecomes clear. The translation reads: [your translation here]

ENTERING YOUR TRANSLATION - PART I

Before you can enter your translation (see the Fortune Teller once you've recieved the avatar), you need to find your Nuria statue. To do this, visit your Temple of 1000 Tombs' homepage (where you can enter the temple).

On the homepage of the temple, you see the words:

An ancient temple rises from the burning desert sands before you. On the front door is written the followinginscription:

[your inscription here]

What could it mean? Perhaps you should enter the temple and find out...

Please note that EVERYONE'S INSCRIPTION IS DIFFERENT. Here is how to decode your inscription:

Even though this inscription does not state the symbol you need to find, it does make your search easier, as you only need to try 12 doors. Once you find your Nuria statue, proceed to the next step, actually entering your translation.

ENTERING YOUR TRANSLATION - PART II

(Click for full image)

Enter the translation the fortune teller told you. ARI'S (which means that YOURS WILL BE DIFFERENT) was:

The prince of Qasala will cause the disappearance of the desert capital

Once you enter your translation...

You speak the words of the prophecy to the statue:

Suddenly a bright light shines fromabove...

It'sopening!

A secret panel on the base of the statue slowly begins to open...

A silver glow issues forth from the compartment behind the panel...

Something seems to be moving inside the compartment...

What could it be? It's beginning to move closer...

You can't make out the shape... the light is too bright...

AND THEN...

ALL OF A SUDDEN...

OH NO! PILE OF SCARABS!!

How ever if you put in the wrong translation, it results in this:

You speak to the statue, but nothinghappens...

...except that a trap door opens beneath you, and you find yourself sliding out into the desert sands.

The temple remains silent before you, but now the door is closed and you cannot enter... at least for a little while.

MAKE SURE YOU TAKE NOTE OF THE SYMBOL ON YOUR STATUE.

THE SCROLL REPOSITORY - PART I

Once you have entered your translation, you can attempt to enter the Scroll Repository. Go to the Lost Desert. See those footsteps at the top right-hand corner? Click them and you will get to the Scroll Repository.

In order to gain access, you need to 1) know the symbol on your Nuria statue, and 2) have read from the library the scroll with the symbol on it. If you have NOT read that scroll, follow the instructions below.

THE SCROLL REPOSITORY - PART II

In order to read your scroll, you need to know the symbol on your Nuria statue. Once you know that, look for one of three doors:

Look below for a list of the symbols and what library it is in.

ASTRAL (zigzagging line) : Ra, Set, Ahn, Kha
MAZE : Ben, Lat, Saf, Nem
RIVER : Fer, Djo, Tep, Kar
Thank you PPT Forums for this information.

Enter the library with your symbol, and click the scroll with your symbol on it. Then proceed to the next part.

THE SCROLL REPOSITORY - PART III

Now that you've read your scroll, you need to access the Repository. Look for your symbol in the list below and select the according phrase:

AHN: "I'm here with extra charcoal for the caterers"
SAF: "I'm here with the royal census. You're not a Ruki! Get out of my way!"
KHA: "I don't have sand that color yet! Don't you know who I am?"
BEN: "I'm here to prepare food for your Elephante workers."
DJO: "Did that Anubis get its 15-minute break yet?"
LAT: "This sand contains traces of faeryllium. To the laboratory!"
FER: "You guys should drink more water before you get heat stroke."
RA: "That tent over there has insufficient ventilation. I'll have to write you a citation"
SET: "I know I'm late, but I'm here to deliver an important royal message"
KAR: "I'm the food specialist for your herbivore workers"
TEP: "I'm here to chronicle the construction of this repository."
NEM: "Have you thought about triple-glazing your windows?? It's fun and functional!"

Thank you PPT Forums for this info.

After inputting the correct phrase at the Repository, they will let you pass.

THE SCROLL REPOSITORY - PART IV

The guards nod. "That sounds reasonable. Go on in." They step aside and let you pass.

The Scroll Repository was partially buried by a freak sandstorm. The engineering crew needs your help to dig it out!

The foreman glares at you. "Well what are you just standing around for? Get to digging! That pyramid's not gonna unbury itself!" He hefts his cudgel and gives you an expectant look.

Here's what happen if you grab a handful of sand. You will get a desert foods and a pile of sand.

You carry a handful of sand away from the scroll repository.

Wow, they sure built the repository way out in the middle of nowhere!
It's going to take you a while to carry the sand back to civilization.

Sometimes.... this can happen:

While excavating the handful of sand, you also found something else!

[Insert Random Prize here]

Wow, they sure built the repository way out in the middle of nowhere!
It's going to take you a while to carry the sand back to civilization.

List of items you can get: (Scroll over for names)

... Okay - so I'm just listing now cause I've gotten lazy. xD

- Tome of Sakhmet

Eventually over time it progressed and progressed. This is what it looked like as it progressed. (Click images for full picture)

In the mean while... we discovered this odd little shop. A red herring? Maybe. :)

Clicking on that window will lead you to this shop...

Yeah... we have many exciting items.

The bored gift shop owner looks at you with glum eyes. "I mean, we don't have any actual items right now. Business has been kind of slow. I'm not really sure why." She sighs.

THE SCROLL REPOSITORY - PART V

Back to the repository... After a week we got this: The message at the Scroll Repository has changed and you can no longer take handfuls of sand.

Wow! The repository was buried under 104,034 handfuls of sand!

You! Take a 15 minute break!

The foreman actually grins for once. "Looks like we got the thing uncovered!" But the grin quickly turns to a scowl. "Too bad them stupid engineers didn't build the thing right in the first place. There ain't no space inside for scrolls! What kinda scroll repository do ya call that?!"

Finally we are finally let into the Scroll Repository... Go here to the scroll repository. :3

Now that the scroll repository is no longer buried by sand, the engineers in charge of the project have another problem -- when they built the pyramid, they didn't leave any space inside for the scrolls! The next phase of the project is to clear out rooms and corridors inside the repository, to make room for the scrolls.

You! Get to work!

The foreman jabs his finger toward the scroll repository pyramid. "Looks like you're gonna be haulin' blocks now. Five to a block! And don't let me catch you slackin', we gotta get this pyramid built fast." He taps his cudgel menacingly.

Then you come to this wierd thing with the instructions:

Click on the map to move around. You can only move onto squares that are cleared (grey) and within line-of-sight. If you want to try to haul one of the blocks out of the repository, you need to be standing next to it (not diagonally!) and click on it.

^ Means that there's an empty spot.

Here's what a block looks like:

YOU WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO MOVE BLOCKS THAT HAVE THE SAME SYMBOL AS THE ONE ON YOUR STATUE OF NURIA! If you join a block with a dif. symbol, the yurble will yell at you *sniff*
So we need to haul... MORE stuff?! *falls over*

Apparently there's only 5 to a block. 5 together will remove the block. :)

Clicking the wrong spot gets Grumpy butt angry and you get this message:

WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING!!

The foreman runs over and thwacks you with his cudgel. "Don't touch that! That's a structural block! You pull that out, this whole place might collapse on us. Now get back to work!"

How rude. :/

If you manage to work with the pets the move the block you get this message:

Let's move this thing!

You've joined this block! Once all its spots are full, it can be moved. But you get this message from grumpy butt again.

WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING!!

The foreman rushes over, waving his cudgel at you. "Hey! I'm trying to keep things organized here, and you're off trying to push blocks that you aren't supposed to!" He pushes you away from the block. "Go sit over in the corner, and stop messing up my planning!"

He makes you go sit in a corner... What are we four!? And then you get this once you are outside the repository once again:

How am I supposed to get any work done with the likes of you around...

The foreman sneers at you. "You just sit quietly there for a few minutes. I don't need you messing up my planning and organization any further!"

Geez. WE were just helping.

Once you complete moving the block, everyone rolls a dice to see who wins the item that appears. (I got a 98 so I won) This is what it says:
Let's see how you did...

You rolled...

98

Sunutek (a desert petpet)
This is another pet you could win :)

"Ha! Looks like you got lucky and won!" the foreman laughs. "Now get back to work, you slacker!"

A few days later... the message changed again...

Clickeh Here for the Scroll Repository. :3 The scroll repository has had 4,330 blocks removed! But now the inside is nothing but bare stone and rock.

Whew! That was a lot of blocks!

The foreman wipes his brow. "Keepin' all those pets organized was some mighty tough work. I can't believe how many of them just wanted to push and pull blocks at random, or worse yet, try to collapse the pyramid by moving structural blocks!" He shakes his head. "But now it's just a bunch of empty rooms and corridors! Where are they gonna put all the scrolls? Dump 'em in piles?" He stomps away, muttering angrily.

In a tent to one side of the encampment, you see some activity.

When you press "Go here to checkout" you are greeted with this page:

A team of Rukis hammers, chisels, and carves the giant stone blocks into various pieces of furniture.

The eldest Ruki notices you enter. "Hullo! Come to see what kinda furniture we're making, eh?" He points at one of the stone blocks in the middle of the tent. "You can take a look at our progress if ya like. You'd best get familiar with this stuff. You're gonna be the one carrying it inside when we're done!"

Completed furniture:

Stand lamps: 74
Scroll racks: 322
Benches: 23
Tables: 12

THE SCROLL REPOSITORY - PART VI

We have finally got to putting all the furniture into the scroll repository, yeah!

You! Get to work!

The foreman glares at you. "Well what are ya standing around for? Get to movin' the furniture!"

He glares at the pyramid. "And now we've got thieves, comin' in and stealin' the furniture! We're gonna have to work double-time to get all the furniture inside, before they make away with it all!

In a tent to one side of the encampment, you see some activity.

Going to the ruki tent gets you this message:

A team of Rukis hammers, chisels, and carves the giant stone blocks into various pieces of furniture.

The eldest Ruki notices you enter. "Ah, come to pick up some furniture, eh?" He points at huge piles of painted stone furniture. "Just grab one and take it to the temple. Someone there'll tell you where it needs to go."

The eldest Ruki looks very agitated. "I've been told that thieves are stealing furniture from the temple! Goodness knows what they want with it. But we're working our thoraxes off trying to keep up! Well, grab some furniture and get going! We've got to keep ahead of those thieves!"

Pick up a piece of furniture:

Scroll rack | Stand lamp | Table | Bench

If you pick something up you get this message:

Oof! This thing is heavy.

You successfully picked up a Scroll rack

Next thing you need to do is find the interior decorater, problem is he moves. You can go here for a map of the temple. You can usually find his location on the neoboards.

Dear me, this won't do at all.

The interior decorator blinks, startled, as you approach. "Oh, hello there! You must be one of the furniture movers."

He looks around, and then consults his notes. "Ah, yes, I think we'll have need of you to place that... let's see, oh, where should it go... Aha! [Insert random spot here].

Clear Chalk Outline | Stolen Chalk Outline

Lamps:

Tables:

Once you place the furniture you get this message:

Whew! That thing was heavy.

Yay! You successfully placed the furniture.

Once you place your furniture, go all the way back to the beginning on the first square. :)

Yay! Finally the Scroll repository has been filled with all the furniture and no more thieves! After a few days we got this message:

Click here to go to the repository.

The scroll repository is now fully furnished. All that remains is to stock it with scrolls. Thankfully, there's a staff of expert librarians on hand to put all the scrolls into the right positions.

We finally outdid those thieves!

The foreman looks up at the gleaming scroll repository pyramid. "Looks like we managed to keep ahead of those thieves -- just barely, though. Who knows what they wanted with all that furniture? I bet it'll show up on the black market soon." He shakes his head. "Well, the construction's all done. Guess that means I'm out of a job." He sighs, sits in the corner, and sulks.
