The Marketplace or "Your Shop" is where you can build a shop to sell the goods you'll obtain on your travels through Neopia.

How to Make a Shop
To create a shop click "Edit your Shop". You'll have to pay a 150 neopoint fee, but it's worthy enough since now you have a place to sell things and win much more money than you ever imagined. Select your features (see "Edit Your Shop") and click the button "Create Shop".

Shows you how your shop looks like to any visitor.

Edit Your Shop Description
Here you'll be able to update the way you want your shop to look like amongst other features.

To have a shop you'll have to give it a name and a location. Then you can edit the html of your shop in way to add pictures, text, blogs or anything else you'd like. You have 4000 characters to use on this space, that is optional.


Then you have to get a shopkeeper and name it. To choose your shopkeeper click on "select a new shopkeeper" and browse the list for one you like. You can use the search box (only one word) or pick one of two categories: Pets or Colours.

Click "update" to update the changes to your shop.

Finally, you can upgrade the size of your shop in way for it to carry more items. Each size means "sizex10 square feet" which allows you to load "Half square feet item". For example, on a shop size 1 you have 10 square feet and you can hold 5 items on it; on a shop size 20 you have 200 square feet and you can hold 100 items. The cost of the upgrade raises 200 neopoints at the time. And, just for curiosity, the biggest shop available is size 3100 (which implies spending a lot of neopoints!)

Shop Stock
Here will appear the items you stocked into your shop.

With this you can change the price of the item or remove it.

• Name: Name of the Item
• Piccy: Picture of the Item (as it appears on inventory)
• Stock: How many of that Item you have on your shop
• Type: Category of the item
• Your Price: Type in this box the price that you want to sell your item for. The maximum price you can put an item on your shop is 99999. To sell things more expensive you'll have to use the Auction House or the Trading Post.
• Description: Description of the item as it appears on the pop-ups through the site
• Rm: Remove your item. Pick on the dropdown box how many of that item you desire to remove

Shop Till
The neopoints you receive from selling your items will be here.

Sales History
A feature that allows you to see who bought your items (only items sold for 1000 neopoints or more will appear here, unfortunately). It shows you the username of the person, the item they bought, how much they paid and when they did it.

Sales History
This is one of the features that allows you to move your items on the site. The other feature is the pop-up box that appears when you click the item on your inventory.

Just select where do you want to move the item (attention that 'Discard' will make your item disappear and that 'Donate' will send your item to the Money Tree!)
