NC Mall is the short term for NeoCash mall. This was founded when Costumisation was created and is, in resume, a place where you can buy clothes and accessories for your pet with real money.

Despite all the debate around this, it will not go away and if you can use it you better learn how to do it!


This is how your NC Mall Main Page looks like.
Before anything I suggest that you explore the available items and try them on your pet. On "Pet Preview" a preview of how the clothing looks like on your pet will appear. To try them click on the Green "Try on". If you choose to try clothing that take the same zone (for example two different shirts) the first will be replaced by the second.


If you want to know more about what each item does, click on it and a detailed information sheet will appear.



There are six different shops available on the NC Mall.

Accessories and Clothing/Shoes offer regular clothing, as fancy as those you can buy on the Clothes shop.

The Backgrounds are animated and often have sounds.

Trinkets are small toys, that are normally animated and have sounds, that will stay with your pet, behind it or near it.



Superpacks are special clothing baskets. You'll be able to buy a full outfit (for example: hat, shirt, shoes and pants) for a special prize that will end up cheaper than if you buy the same clothes in separate. They come divided by themes.


Finally, the most special shop. Specialty.


These items are limited. Which means that they will not stay forever on the shop. There are also two theme shops, AAA and Faerie, that will present you on the same place all the items with that theme whether they are limited or not. Always click on the item to know what will you do: these are not wearable items (though they will also not give you any special advantage on the game).

Now that you've tried the clothes on your pet and see how pretty they are, you can buy them (or just click alt+f4, fleeing for your life). First we'll see what we can do with your pet preview and then how to get Neocash and spend it.

Trying items will get you the Goggles avatar, which will not add to your avatar collection.

Neocash
To get these wonderful items you have to use Neocash. Neocash has to be bought and 1$US (about 0.60€, haha) is worth 100 NC. You can buy NC (neocash) in two ways:

• Paypal (notice that Paypal is available in more countries than NC Mall. However, you just need to access the page linked on this guide to be able to buy from there, as long as you have NC. They probably don't make it "available" because the page is not translated to every language yet)
• NC Cards: if you can't buy online you can always buy one of these cards at a Target store, if you are on the USA, or at e-bay. Their original prices are 10$ and 25$ and will give you 1.000 NC or 2.500 NC respectively.

Neocash can't be refunded or transferred (not even if your account was frozen). Items bought on the NC mall can't be transferred between users, sold, auctioned or traded: they basically can't leave your account. Also, for legal reasons, the items expire after a period that changes between items (normally three months). The expiration date is very well stated, not only on the shopping cart but also when you click on the item for more information.

Shopping Cart
This is where the items you want to buy will be kept till you decide to complete the transfer. You can take your items from the cart at any time.


Click Update to activate your changes and Checkout to buy the selected items.

• Wishlist: It's always good to keep a list of the things you want but can't buy. You can take them from there or change them to your cart.

Send your neopet
Here you can send a picture of your wonderful pet and a message. Select your pet and choose how your message is to be sent (E-mail or Neomail), then input the details of the receiver for them to get your publicity/feedback.
