Magax: Destroyer was once a sacred monster of games. However it was revamped. And with the revamp it looks much nicer, simpler and oh so much easier.
Commands
Very simple:
- Leave your left hand over the space bar for a continuous shoot.
- Use the up and down arrow keys to go up and down on your screen.
- Change direction with your left and right arrow keys.
Enemies
- Ghost Scorchios: You can kill them with one or two (in later levels) shoots. If you get over them you'll lose health. They breathe fire that blocks your shoots. Simple.
- Mini Jubjubs: Shoot them for bonus points. If you fall into them you lose health. Unlike the other monsters they do not reappear if you fail shooting them.
- Cybunnies: Hubrid Nox's alter ego these cybunnies will turn to their real form (Hubrid Nox) if you approach. They can be killed with 5 or 6 shots. To destroy them I usually go back and forth always shooting (and never getting too close) until they disappear (they fade out when you shoot them until complete and absolute invisibility xD)
- Hubrid Nox: Throws a flame of doom to you that unables you to shoot. Go back and forth on a safe area until the effect is over.
Other Flying Objects
- Skulls: They are your health recovers. Only get them if you are not with full health, as they do not reappear
- Green Arrows: Indicators of where the next monster is. They do not announce the jubjubs!
