Introduction

Faerie Bubbles, the Neopian version of the famous Puzzle Bubble popularized on the oldie Spectrum. (You don't remember? Oh, sorry...) The concept is easy: clear the screen, destroy bubbles.

The game does not have time limit. So, don't even think of hitting fast! Think well and try not to make errors. Train your aim carefully and place the bubbles on right places. Try to use the less bubbles possible, for two reasons:

1. The upper bar goes down each time you use 5 balls. Sometimes it goes down after you use only 3 balls, but this is quite rare
2. Less bubbles, higher bonus. The max bonus is 250.

The best way to clear a level is to eliminate the bubbles on the top. That way, the others will fall right away, as shown below:

Combos

Combos happen when you combine 4 or more bubbles together.

• Fire - The best combo. It clears the bubbles around the combo (except water bubbles).
• Water - Destroys all the water bubbles. Do it always!
• Light - Avoid it. It changes the colour of the bubbles around to a random one. It can be very good some times but it can destroy your game other times.
• Air - This combo shall be used wisely. It sill create more bubbles under it and then fall. Avoid it when you know that the bubbles under it are connected to other colour bubbles. Do it always that you see that everything is going to fall (as on the example above)
• Earth - The worst combo ever. Creates a new bubble line on the top. Don't do it. Really.

Walkthrough

Level one is very easy. This time I wasn't lucky, but it's possible to get the avatar with this too. You have an aim guide to help you, so aim well.

Level two, another easy level. On this case you'll start cleaning the sides (leave the light combo quiet for now) until you get fire bubbles. Then you'll force the combo and clean the light bubbles on the middle.

Third level. Save your luck to later levels, because you'll need it! Destroy the bubbles in the middle and just then make the side combos.

Fourth level, clean and neat on most part of the cases. If, instead of fire bubbles, you get dark ones do not do them! Force fire combos around, to destroy the dark.

Things start to get hard. When I started playing this was the level where I normally lost control. Don't try evil combos here.

Here do not do the dark/air combos! Instead, do the water ones, light ones and try to force fire combos. It's easy to create fire combos with the middle bubbles, in this case. This is other level where I lose a lot.~

Seems harder than it is. Just avoid combos. You can put bubbles in the corners, if you have good aim.

Do not do the middle combo here (earth on this case). Force the fire combos, after destroying the water bubbles.

---

Just don't do the earth combo and everything will be fine. It can happen that you get two dark combos... If this happen... Just pray and do them.

Nuuuhh! Bad luck! Don't do the earth combo. Those bubbles on the top seem amazing, isn't it? They are: force a water combo and everything will fall. =D

No luck here. The best we can do is to make all the combos.

This is the worst level ever. Level 14 is the level where everybody loses. But... We have a couple of tricks. You have to try both and see what fits better on you.

My favourite: type "stardust". The ball will turn a nova ball. Throw it on the middle and play the rest of the game (a couple of bubbles in the sides) normally

Other trick: Play normally, force the combos. If the level gets out of control type "slumberberry" and the upper bar will go up.

Seems hard but it's the easiest level of the game. Type "bubbles" and... ta-da! All the bubbles on the screen changed to a random colour!

Now... type "faerieland". A rainbow bubble appeared and, congratulations, you've done the level.

Things that can happen here:

1. All air balls: biggest bonus and you're a lucky ducky
2. All earth balls: heh, it's bad. Just do the rest of the game normally
3. All dark balls: press the "X" button, because you lost.

This is not very hard. Start doing the level normally and try to destroy the upper balls. On this case the ideal would be: fire, water combo and finally the 3 earth bubbles.

The same scheme. This is other level where I used to lose a lot, because my bubbles started to accumulate at the sides. Avoid accumulated bubbles!

Aim carefully... Very carefully... And destroy the upper balls. If you can do this at first try (it's deadly easy on this case) your bonus will be brutal.

This level is horrible. It's the same scheme (destroy the upper bubbles) again. If you're having trouble use "stardust" or "slumberberry" (depending on which cheat you used on the level 14)

I must confess... The first time I saw this level I just yelled a very... expressive sentence that can't be translated here. If you want to get the trophy finish this level with a nice bonus (besides the 250 point bonus that this level always gives) If you're playing for the Avatar (2000 points) you'll be safe if you have at least 1750 points. If this is the case just randomly play and with the level bonus the avatar is yours! If you don't have... Try to play the best you can, use your last cheats if you still have any and... good luck|
