1. The first thing you should do when you log on to your neopets account is COLLECT YOUR BANK INTEREST! This is usually not very much, especially if you've just joined neopets, but it does add up e.g. if your interest is 100np per day then you make 35 600np a year, not much but SOMETHING!



2.I have two words for you: DAILY FREEBIES! Yes, that's right, Coltzan's shrine, fruit machine, tombola, symol hole (if you have a petpet and if you're lucky) and healing springs give you a lot of free stuff that you can then sell for np! I know of people who have gotten paintbrushes from the fruit machine and other who have gotten 1,000,000 np from Coltzan, although its never happened to me.



3. DAILY ALMOST-FREEBIES can sometimes give you good np too. When I say almost freebies, I mean wheels (excitement, monotony, brightvale, misfortune, and mediocrity), luck games (slots, bagatelle, coconut shy, test your strength, scratch cards, dice-a-roo, etc). However, there are a few things you have to remember:

• When you use wheels, you should make sure that you have deposited ALL your items in your sbd and have only enough money with you for the spinning, this is because you could be robbed by the pant devil or on of your items may turn to sludge.
  
  
• When using luck games, people tend to get very excited when they win a round, even if its only 50 np. To prevent the loss of thousands of mp through pure distraction make sure that you chose an EXACT amount of np (e.g. 2k) and only play until you decide that you've made enough PROFIT (NOT loss) or that you've used up as much money as you allocated to the game.
  
  
• When playing dice-a-roo, you must remember that unless you get the jackpot (which doesn't happen very often and if it does you don't get that much money usually between 7-30k) you wont make a lot of money. In other words, play for the food and items (faeries, lab map pieces, etc) that you can get and that you can then resell for np. This is ANOTHER game that requires patience, and don't give up just because you've been losing a lot and haven't gotten anything by the time you've passed three of the dies.

3. There is a VERY SPECIAL button you can click that will give you 1,000,000 np eventually, it is found on the neopet sidebar between neomail and explore and is known as GAMES!

• Always play the featured game, EVEN IF YOURE BAD AT IT, because it gives you double the np it would give you on any other normal day.
  
  
• Then you play the games you're good at (turmac roll, ultimate bullseye, meerca chase, meerca chase II, extreme potato counter, etc).
  
  
• Thirdly, chose a topic (games or puzzles) and do your best to play ALL the games in that list. That will probably guarantee you quite a lot of np (For me over 20k when I have the patience to play all those games, but probably more for you, because Im terrible at most of the games anyways
  
  
• And last, you play the sponsor games, these normally give you 300np each play so that's a little under 1k per game, so if you play 5 games then you will have made 5k already.
  

4. RESTOCK! This means that you buy an item for a price slightly higher than what you paid for it. There are two places you can buy items from 1st way is the shop wizard and sometimes if you're lucky you can find deals that will make you thousands profit, the 2nd way is to buy from the main shops. A tip here is to haggle using repetitive numbers (1121, 3344, 555665, etc). Pizza can also be a good investment and for example a smiley pizza, which can be bought for fewer than 5k at pizzaroo, can be sold for 10k in your shops. This can take time, speed, knowledge of items and their prices, and a LOT of patience!



5. STOCKS are also a great investment. If you get a random event telling you to invest in a certain stock, it's normally a good idea to do so. It's always better to buy stocks between 15-16 and to buy then in thousands (i.e. 1000 stocks). This is something else that requires patience and a stock can take months to build up a good profit. Good things come with time.
