Day 5

Welcome back plotineers, to day 5 of the Altador mini-plot! We'll be finding another constellation today - so let's get started, shall we? Make sure you have been through all the days before this! All days 1-4, or you will not be able to do day 5!

Head over to the Resitive Tomb and click the bottom left hand corner of the image near the furry bush. You get to see a beautiful view of Altador.
You turn around and see a breathtaking view of Altador. The sun, low on the horizon, seems to be shining through the tower of the Hall of Heroes.

Return back to Altador and visit the Hall of Heroes and then the statue of the Dancer. She's on the left of the statue of King Altador.

Click on the windows behind Sasha, the dancer with the rays of light in it. Once you do you are looking outside her window.

Click any of the rays of light on the park. They will light up to reveal another constellation. Once you do that go for a visit to the Archivist
The archivist says, "A pattern of sunlight on the road... The sun itself conspires to bring us wisdom, it seems. All these clues... perhaps I should start keeping a list of these clues, for easy reference. While I do that, it's off to the observatory with you. Find that constellation!"

Of course - take his advice and hurry off to the Astronomy Tower and your Telescope. So far - you have found two constellations - now it's time to find your third. Go to this page and follow the directions it states there. Your star charts have changed - so it's completely nesscary.

There's a look at what the constellation looks like. Once you check the astronomical data here's what the final image looks like:

Now it's time to go visit everyone to brag about your findings. First however - take a look up at the ceiling at Siyana's constellation. Not the dancer - but Siyana's.

Janitor: The janitor shouts, "HEY! What's the big idea putting your grubby hands all over the windowsill?! I have to clean those things, you know! Were you raised in a barn?!" He's happy eh? XD

Archivist: The archivist says, "Ah, Siyana. The First to Rise, as she is called. How fitting that her constellation should be revealed by the rising sun." He chuckles. "I'm afraid I haven't much more to tell you about why this is all happening, though perhaps we can learn from what I haven't found. You see, I've gone through the entire archives twice -- and I can't find a single history book. I can't fathom there being thieves in Altador interested solely in history books, though..." He shakes his head. "But I'll keep looking, and see what I can find."

Astronomy Club: The Astronomy Club members once again cheer as you enter the room. The president walks up, a smile plastered across his face. "Gosh, it's really great how you're finding all these constellations so fast. I really wish I knew how you did it." The smile is not in his eyes, though.
Nevertheless, he withdraws a small item from his robes. "Well, uh, anyway... I suppose you should have this, now that you're obviously a full-fledged astronomer." Can you say, jealous!

Anyway - once you've done that, you can go back to the Archivist once again. He's compiled a list of clues for you. These are basically the constellations which you found around Altador.

Chapter 3 The First to Rise Long ago, when the Kingdom of Altador was little more than a whisper on King Altador's lips, the heroic legend of Siyana the light faerie arose. It is often said that through her actions alone, an entire village was saved from a most dreadful fate. During her travels, Siyana once stopped at a small, peaceful farming village. The locals were kind, gracious Neopets, so Siyana stayed in their village for many weeks, helping to keep their crops from frosting over in the chilly nights. One evening, after checking the crops, she spotted a shadowy form moving in the woods. Suspicious, Siyana grabbed a thick blanket to hide her light and trailed the stranger at a distance, deep into the woods, until he joined a group of bandits gathered around a campfire. She flew in as close as she dared and listened from a high branch. "Well done, scout," said their leader. "Soon that village will be ours!" Siyana dropped the blanket and fled as quickly as she could. One of the bandits spotted her and fired an arrow. A terrible pain shot through her left wing, and she fell to the ground. Though she couldn't fly, the courageous faerie ran as swiftly as her legs would carry her, with the bandits in close pursuit. When she finally reached the village, Siyana was out of breath and could not shout to wake the villagers! Instead, she focused all of her light faerie power to glow as brightly as she could. Thinking the sun had risen, the villagers came outside, and saw the band of thieves approaching. They armed themselves and chased the bandits away for good. The villagers could hardly express their gratitude to the light faerie. One of the farmers, a Kacheek named Florin, told her that there was a noble Lupe she should perhaps meet. When she did, Siyana the light faerie came to be one of the founders of Altador.
